I’m BACK!

At least for a week… (I will not go into details, but let’s just say I’m not very happy about my internet company…) I hope you all had a lovely Christmas!!! I know I did, it was super fun and super busy. And my 10 year old was spoiled rotten.

I missed yesterday’s Super Sketchy Sunday Post, and I didn’t even manage to mail my card off to Pam, even though it’s been travelling all around Sweden this weekend. Well, it’s a looooong story, and I will do my best to simply forget all about that. Anyway, Pam have a super fun sketch this week over at 365 cards

And here is the card, after a remake due to a rough travel:

Hej You HAVE to go check the DT samples out, the girls totally outdid themselves this week!

Mondays are my day blogging over at Scrap-Perra. And this week I made a Canvas of my niece.

IsabellaWonderful Pink Paislee stuff!!! Love the summery feel of the colors and flowers. Perfect for this photo from our Midsummer festivities this year. The layout came to be thanks to Li-bee ti who challenged me to make a page with warm colors, summer theme and flowers.I really liked that!!!!

Thanks for visiting and have a lovely Monday!!!

Can’t stop making them…

I loooove making Christmas Cards. I’ll miss them and my seasonal rubber when it’s all over. I think this might be my very last one. I did it for today’s challengepost over at Svensk Scrapbooking with the theme  BOWS.
Merry ChristmasI used Card Pattern’s sketch # 95
And I was also inspired by today’s 365 Cards´s  ad inspired challenge. Isn’t this ad a beauty!?!
12.20 Ad Inspired[1] I was inspired by the candles (of course), using a fab stamp from the Christmas Tidings set by The Rubber Café, but also the mirror and glass elements. I used a transparency to get a see through effect on my card. Love how that came out!
Merry Christmas sidanHave a lovely day!!!

Hi folks!  I hope you have some spare time to play with us over at 365 Cards despite all the craziness of the season. Pam has a great sketch for us this week. AND a super fun sponsor – Some Odd Girl!!!

All the 365 Card’s DT members got to choose a favorite image to work with this week, and If you play along, you have the chance of winning some adorable digis yourself! Here is the sketch:

And this is my take on it:

PingvinjulI choose the Penguin Friends image, cause I simply fell in love with these little  fellows!!! Totally CUTE!!! And, it’s perfect for a Christmas card for Jonathan’s three cousins.

Have a lovely Sunday!

A quick one!

Hi!!!
I'm taking a small break from work, having a hot cup of tea and blog some. I'm reading essays and boy is my head spinning...

Here is one of my last Christmas cards.
The papers are wonderful vintage looking from Riddersholm Design and the stamps are from Prickley Pear's Cardinal set. I used Card Patterns lovely sketch #94.

Better get back to work. Still got 15 essays to read and grade befor this afternoon's seminar. Take care!

Super Sketchy Sunday

Hi!!!! Sunday means a new fun sketch from Pam over at 365 cards!!!

We have a new fun sponsor this week, Michelle’s Scrapbooking & more who has both digis and rubber stamps!!!

And now – THE SKETCH!

Isn’t it FUN!?! I loved working with it. I pulled out my beloved Clearly Hibiscus stamps from Prickley Pear and made a Thank You card for my MIL who was here visiting the past week. While I and my hubby were at work, she and my parents cleaned the house AND did my freezer, AND filled it with cookies. She deserves a thank you (as do my parents – Thank you mom an dad!!! Love you!).

Tack

I hope you will play with us this week! Have a lovely Sunday!

New shop!!!

Riddersholm Design has opened a new web shop wher you can buy decorations like Swarovski Elements crystals, ribbon and jewellery. So much FUN! Here is a combined gift holder and door hanger I made using Riddersholm's fall papers and a Cameo jewellery.

Happy Friday!!!

Super Sketchy Sunday

Hi folks! I’m still around, and I’ve decided to forget everything about the horrible last week and start anew! And what better way than to start with the sketch challenge over at 365 cards!?! :):):)

We have a super fun new sponsor this week: E.A.D. Designs!!!

E.A.D. Designs provided the Design Team with some fabbie stickers to play with.

Here is my card, which I tried to do in Tsuruta style in tribute to the lovely Amy Tsuruta who is moving on to new adventures in paper craft land, leaving the team of 365 cards. (*sniff*)  She will be soooo missed. But we’ll see her around, I’m sure! :):):)

Ok, I know I crashed and burned, but it was fun trying!!!

There are also some fantabulous news – we are welcoming a new Design Team memeber: Manoli Navarro!!!  She do the most amazing work, go check her blog out if you are not a follower already! Welcome, Manoli!!!

I thought I’d share the card I did for last week’s sketch. It was the last thing I did before the misery begun. Super quick, super easy, but I think it turned out ok.

Made for you

Happy Sunday! Hope you play with us!
